I take pride in putting my sellers needs first to provide them with a great experience through great communication skills and complete transparency.  We will set out an ideal marketing plan to get your home maximum exposure and ultimately top dollar.  We will work together to showcase your home to attract qualified buyers, and get your home as quickly as possible to minimize the amount of showings and people you have going through your home.


No two homes are the same, and no two people are same.  With excellent people skills, I have the ability to work with all personality types and throughout the process, I’m with you every step of the way.   I will make sure your questions are answered in a timely manner and that the entire experience is a positive one.


If you haven’t sold a home before, keep in mind that I work on contingency. I only get paid when your home sells. So there’s no risk.


Getting Started


I recommend we schedule a Personal Consultation. I’ll visit your home, do an assessment of your property, answer your questions or concerns you may have when it comes to listing.  I will provide you with my professional opinion as to how much your home may sell for based on recent sales, statistics trends in the area and how long that may take.


This consultation gives us both the opportunity to get to know one another and to see if there’s a good fit. You’ll learn how I work, how I market and sell homes, and how I approach my clients needs with communication, availability and transparency.


If you plan to purchase another home in the same or surrounding area, we can talk about that too. In fact, there are significant advantages to having me help you with both the selling and buying end of the transaction.
